Controlled Fatigue Training is a program developed by Ori Hofmekler, author of the Warrior Diet and the Anti-Estrogenic Diet. CFT takes a common-sense approach to exercise, combining the wisdom of our ancient ancestors with the results of modern science.
The Complete Guide to Controlled Fatigue Training is divided into two sections: Principles and Exercises. You'll learn how to exercise and why certain techniques mimic the survival of ancient warriors.
Build Strength - CFT doesn't just build muscles. It builds strength.
Burn Fast - CFT is designed to give you a lean, fit body. If you have problem areas of stubborn fat (like the belly or the thighs), CFT may be right for you.
No Special Equipment - You can do many of the exercises without belonging to a gym or health club. Many CFT exercises use common items like a towel or a rope.
It takes Just 15-45 Minutes - Who has all day to spend at the gym? We've created a short, high intensity workout that will get you results and fits into your modern lifestyle.
24 Exercises For the Whole Body - Each exercise has features of strength, speed and velocity making for a complete workout.
42-Pages of in-depth Information - The complete guide to CFT is more than just an exercise program - it includes a revolutionary philosophy of fitness, historical perspective and special sections about women, diet, science and history. You'll learn what to do and why to do it.
Nutrition and eating guidance - When you eat is as important as what you eat. CFT is packed with myth-busting diet and nutritional guidance based on the way people lived long ago. Find out why carbs are good for you, your diet needs fat, eating late is great and how big meals can help you get lean.
Equally Effective for Men and Women - CFT channels our biophysical make-up developed long ago, before modern times our natural rhythms. It is based on human physiology - making it equally effective for men and women.
Modern life has left many of us out of shape, overweight, tired and even sick. CFT is based on ancient survival techniques that are programmed into our bodies. By unlocking these ancient principles, CFT allows us to recapture the strength, toughness and resilience of our ancestors.
Consider this: The 137-pound Roman warrior dominated his 185-pound barbarian foe for centuries. Roman warriors had endurance and strength where it counts - the core, joints and back.

Go to any gym or health club and you'll see legions of people lifting weights to no effect. Isolating your biceps, thighs or buttocks simply doesn't work. Why not? Because you have a layer of subcutaneous fat all over your body. Until you get rid of that fat, you are covering up the beautiful musculature underneath. And isolation training doesn't burn enough calories to get rid of the fat.
CFT is a full body workout. It combines speed, strength and velocity exercises into a super-workout that burns fat, builds muscle and promotes overall health and fitness. Get the CFT eBook now and learn the techniques to unlock your beautiful body.
A few years ago I was watching a TV interview with former Olympic Champions. The program showed clips of these athletes during the peak of their careers, and the contrast in how they looked then and now startled me; it was really surprising to see how out of shape most of them had become.
For instance, the ex-Olympic Champion Sprinter Vladimir Borosov, the fastest man in the world during the 1970's, was lean and well defined. Now a businessman, he looks heavy and sluggish. It got me thinking how competitive athletes in many sports, such as football, soccer, boxing, and swimming, who were also "lean" n "mean" during their competitive careers, often look completely out of shape years later.
Explosive moves are not an integral part of a typical strength training (or bodybuilding) routine. Just go to any neighborhood gym and watch how people train. very few, if any, try explosive moves such as fast and clean and presses, speed punches or power punches.
Other exercise such as high jumps, frog jumps, or one-leg jumps are explosive training methods, which don't hold muster for an average Joe who's trying to pump his thighs in front of the mirror by doing heavy squats half the way.
Speed, endurance and strength are what really counted for a warrior. Size was not an issue. Thousands of years ago, wrestlers and boxers disregarded the body-weight factor when they fought in the Games. That, in my opinion, mimicked real-life war conditions.
This training program may not fully teach you the fighting skills needed to face a giant opponent. Nonetheless, it may build you the courage to protect yourself if necessary and most importantly, help you enjoy facing yourself in the mirror.
Controlled-fatigue training is one of the best and most efficient methods to boost the body's metabolism and burn fat.
A good workout session should charge your energy, not deplete it.
